Becoming a Divemaster is the first step into the ranks of the diving elite. To qualify as a divemaster, you would have dived extensively, and undergo a rigorous course of study, on-the-job-training, pool sessions, and exams.

Bring your passion for diving to the next level. Your adventure to the professional level in recreational diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, you will expand your diving knowledge and hone your scuba skills. Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

Whats prepared for you?

• Classroom sessions on leadership skills and dive theory
• Complete a series of waterskills and stamina exercises in confined and open water environments
• Map a dive site, including underwater and surface features
• Demonstrate ability to solve unanticipated problems through skills exercises
• Internship or practical training exercises
• Conduct a simulated or actual dive program under the supervision of a PADI Instructor
• Must have a minimum of 60 logged dives for Divemaster certification
